Validaci\u00f3n de una escala de arraigo laboral con docentes argentinos\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por Solana Salessi&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arraigo laboral se define como una combinaci\u00f3n de factores organizacionales y extra-organizacionales que evitan que una persona abandone su trabajo, posicion\u00e1ndose en las ant\u00edpodas de las intenciones de renuncia y la desvinculaci\u00f3n voluntaria. Si bien su an\u00e1lisis reviste importancia en todas las ocupaciones, en este estudio se escogi\u00f3 como universo la poblaci\u00f3n docente, habida cuenta que en Argentina y, en particular, en la provincia de Santa Fe, son protagonistas de frecuentes rotaciones entre instituciones educativas. Dada la carencia de instrumentos para su diagn\u00f3stico, el prop\u00f3sito de la investigaci\u00f3n fue adaptar y validar la Escala de Arraigo Laboral desarrollada por Clinton et al. (2012). Los resultados indican la adecuaci\u00f3n de un modelo bi-factorial con 12 \u00edtems, satisfactorios niveles de confiabilidad y validez convergente-discriminante. Se encontraron diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas seg\u00fan estado civil y el hecho de tener o no hijos. Por lo que se confeccionaron normas de interpretaci\u00f3n para estos grupos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Job embeddedness is a combination of organizational and extra-organizational factors that prevent a person from leaving their job. It is positioned in the opposite of turnover intentions. Although its analysis is important in all occupations, in this study the teaching population was chosen as the universe. Such choice is due to the fact that in Argentina and, particularly, in Santa Fe state, teachers are protagonists of frequent rotations between educational institutions. Given the lack of measures for its diagnosis, the aim of this research was to adapt and validate the Job Embeddedness Scale developed by Clinton et al. (2012). The results indicate the adequacy of a two-factor model with 12 items, satisfactory levels of reliability and convergent-discriminant validity. Statistically significant differences were found according to marital status and the fact of having or not having children.
