On May 26, the board members Dr. Alfonso Urz\u00faa (President) Dr. Blanca Ortiz-Torres (Treasurer), Dr. Fabricio Balcazar (Vice-President North America and Canada), Dr. Miguel Gallegos (Vice-President South America), and Dr. Viviane de Castro Pecanha (Executive Secretary North America and Canada) attended the First Annual Excellence in Psychology Conference at Albizu University (Campus Miami). The event counted with 325 participants &#8211; 82 on ground and 243 joining via zoom from all over the world. The guest speakers, Dr. Antonio Puentes discussed The Latinization of Clinical Neuropsychology and Dr. Scott Hyman addressed Addiction Training in Clinical Psychology. After the presentations, Drs. Puentes and Hyman responded the questions posed from the audience. The event was an important milestone to solidify the collaboration and partnership among Albizu University, SIP, and the American Psychological Association (APA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Espa\u00f1ol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1La Sociedad Interamericana de Psicolog\u00eda (SIP) est\u00e1 de fiesta! Blanca Ortiz-Torres (Tesorera), el Dr. Fabricio Balcazar (Vicepresidente de Am\u00e9rica del Norte y Canad\u00e1), el Dr. Miguel Gallegos (Vicepresidente de Am\u00e9rica del Sur) y la Dra. Viviane de Castro Pecanha (Secretaria Ejecutiva de Am\u00e9rica del Norte y Canad\u00e1) asistieron a la Primera Conferencia Anual de Excelencia en Psicolog\u00eda en la Universidad Albizu (Campus Miami). El evento cont\u00f3 con 325 participantes &#8211; 82 presenciales y 243 en l\u00ednea, de todo el mundo, que se unieron v\u00eda Zoom.
