The objective of the book is to provide the conceptual and methodological bases to carry out the identification, analysis and prevention of psychosocial risk factors at work. Organizations generate positive and negative impacts both on the human resource that works in them and on society and the environment. This book focuses on the psychosocial impact generated by companies, organizations and institutions, mainly on workers. Specifically, we focus on the impact of psychosocial risk factors at work. This book is aimed at organizational psychologists and occupational health professionals. The conceptual bases are presented (psychosocial factors at work, psychosocial risk factors, psychosocial risks and emerging psychosocial risks), theoretical frameworks, measurement instruments, evidence of empirical research, interventions, prevention measures and control actions of psychosocial risk factors at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
