Desde el a\u00f1o 2022, el Colegio Colombiano de Psic\u00f3logos \u2013 Colpsic, a trav\u00e9s de su Direcci\u00f3n de Campos, Programas y Proyectos en conjunto con la Oficina de Asuntos Internacionales, ha desarrollado un Programa de Simposios Internacionales de Actualizaci\u00f3n en diferentes campos de acci\u00f3n del profesional en psicolog\u00eda avalados a nivel nacional (https:\/\/www.colpsic.org.co\/campos\/campos-disciplinares-y-profesionales\/).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los 19 simposios que han hecho parte del programa de actualizaci\u00f3n, con m\u00e1s de 2500 asistentes, han presentado una visi\u00f3n comprensiva de las tendencias actuales en psicolog\u00eda, han integrado enfoques interdisciplinarios con expertos nacionales e internacionales enfocados en la psicolog\u00eda aplicada en contextos cr\u00edticos. Estos eventos han contribuido significativamente al avance del conocimiento a trav\u00e9s de la difusi\u00f3n de investigaciones de vanguardia en psicolog\u00eda, en la orientaci\u00f3n de las futuras direcciones de estos campos, particularmente en t\u00e9rminos de desarrollo profesional, salud p\u00fablica y la aplicaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y avances cient\u00edficos en varios dominios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los campos de acci\u00f3n del profesional en psicolog\u00eda que han participado en este programa de actualizaci\u00f3n son los tradicionales en la psicolog\u00eda y otros emergentes que est\u00e1n siendo preferidos por los profesionales como son psicolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica, psicolog\u00eda jur\u00eddica, psicolog\u00eda ambiental y sostenibilidad (campo emergente y muy actual), neuropsicolog\u00eda y neurociencia, psicolog\u00eda de la salud, psicolog\u00eda del deporte, desarrollo humano y curso de vida, psicolog\u00eda educativa, psicolog\u00eda de las emergencias y desastres (otro campo emergente con mucha fuerza) y psicolog\u00eda de las organizaciones y del trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la Tabla 1 se presenta el listado de los simposios que han hecho parte del programa de actualizaci\u00f3n profesional entre 2022 y 2024, con el fin de visibilizar los temas que hemos tratado con excelentes invitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los simposios se han realizado en modalidad sincr\u00f3nica asistida por tecnolog\u00edas, a trav\u00e9s de plataformas como Zoom, Meet o Facebook live. Los invitados que han participado en cooperaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica con aliados comerciales y acad\u00e9micos, as\u00ed como colegas de nuestros miembros de campos a nivel nacional, han presentado conferencias, paneles y foros permitiendo la interacci\u00f3n cont\u00ednua con los asistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La dimensi\u00f3n internacional ha sido fundamental en este espacio, mediante la participaci\u00f3n de expertos de Am\u00e9rica Latina, Estados Unidos y Europa, dado que se ha querido rescatar la globalidad de los problemas psicol\u00f3gicos contempor\u00e1neos. Esta diversidad ha sido crucial aportando diferentes perspectivas, metodolog\u00edas de investigaci\u00f3n y aplicaciones, enriqueciendo el discurso general y fomentando la colaboraci\u00f3n internacional. Asimismo, estos simposios sirven como plataformas significativas para el desarrollo de profesionales en psicolog\u00eda y profesionales afines, as\u00ed como para la visibilidad nacional e internacional de quienes han participado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La variedad de temas cubiertos ha permitido a los participantes mantenerse actualizados sobre las \u00faltimas investigaciones, metodolog\u00edas y mejores pr\u00e1cticas en diferentes campos de la psicolog\u00eda en Colombia y otros pa\u00edses. Los nuevos egresados en psicolog\u00eda tambi\u00e9n han encontrado valor en estos simposios para una mejor orientaci\u00f3n para su ejercicio profesional e incluso preferencias a futuro. Es por esto, que seguiremos fortaleciendo este programa y motivando a todos los campos para visibilizar la acci\u00f3n de los profesionales en psicolog\u00eda en cada uno de estos y su impacto a nivel disciplinar, profesional y de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Update Symposiums Program for the strengthening of Psychologists in Colombia: an experience 2022-2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2022, the Colombian College of Psychologists \u2013 Colpsic, through its Directorate of Fields, Programs and Projects in conjunction with the Office of International Affairs, has developed a Program of International Update Symposia in different fields of action of the psychology professional endorsed at the national level (https:\/\/www.colpsic.org.co\/campos\/campos-disciplinares-y-profesionales\/).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 19 symposia that have been part of the update program, with more than 2500 attendees, have presented a comprehensive vision of current trends in psychology, have integrated interdisciplinary approaches with national and international experts focused on applied psychology in critical contexts. These events have contributed significantly to the advancement of knowledge through the dissemination of cutting-edge research in psychology, in guiding the future directions of these fields, particularly in terms of professional development, public health, and the application of new technologies and scientific advances in various domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fields of action of the psychology professional who have participated in this refresher program are the traditional ones in psychology and other emerging ones that are being preferred by professionals such as clinical psychology, legal psychology, environmental psychology and sustainability (emerging and very current field), neuropsychology and neuroscience, health psychology, sports psychology, human development and life course, educational psychology, psychology of emergencies and disasters (another emerging field with great strength) and psychology of organizations and work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Table 1 presents the list of symposia that have been part of the professional update program between 2022 and 2024, to make visible the topics that we have discussed with excellent guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The symposia have been held in synchronous mode assisted by technologies, through platforms such as Zoom, Meet or Facebook live. Guests who have participated in technical cooperation with business and academic partners, as well as colleagues of our field members at the national level, have presented lectures, panels, and forums allowing for continuous interaction with attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The international dimension has been fundamental in this space, through the participation of experts from Latin America, the United States and Europe, since the aim has been to rescue the globality of contemporary psychological problems. This diversity has been crucial in bringing different perspectives, research methodologies and applications, enriching the general discourse and fostering international collaboration. Likewise, these symposia serve as significant platforms for the development of professionals in psychology and related professionals, as well as for the national and international visibility of those who have participated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The variety of topics covered has allowed participants to stay up-to-date on the latest research, methodologies and best practices in different fields of psychology in Colombia and other countries. New graduates in psychology have also found value in these symposia for better guidance for their professional practice and even future preferences. That is why we will continue to strengthen this program and motivate all fields to make visible the action of psychology professionals in each of them and their impact at the disciplinary, professional and public policy levels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
