Se utilizo una metodolog\u00eda de modalidad de proyecto factible, de tipo de campo con un nivel descriptivo. Se realizo un diagn\u00f3stico de la atenci\u00f3n presentada en el servicio a pacientes con intento suicida evidenciando que la atenci\u00f3n se da a trav\u00e9s del modelo biom\u00e9dico, con deficiencia en atenci\u00f3n psicolog\u00eda y asistencia social, asimismo se conoci\u00f3 que existe factibilidad de la atenci\u00f3n a pacientes con intento suicida desde el modelo de atenci\u00f3n integral. Finalmente se desarroll\u00f3 un Modelo de atenci\u00f3n integral en pacientes con intento suicida desde una ontolog\u00eda din\u00e1mica-interactiva y una epistemolog\u00eda humana-contextual con una metodolog\u00eda plural nomot\u00e9tica cualitativa, bajo un enfoque de las practicas basadas en la evidencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Model of Integral Attention in Patients with Suicide Attempt in the Psychiatric Service of the Luis Razetti Hospital of Barinas State.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This special degree work was focused on designing an integral health care model for the attention of patients with suicide attempt in the Psychiatry Service of the Luis Razetti Hospital of Barinas State, in order to strengthen the service rendered by the National Public Health System, with an integral attention given by professionals in psychiatry, psychology and sociology, approaching from the three important spheres in the biopsychosocial approach. A methodology of feasible project modality was used, of field type with a descriptive level. A diagnosis was made of the care provided in the service to patients with suicide attempts, showing that care is provided through the biomedical model, with deficiency in psychological care and social assistance, and it was also found that there is feasibility of care for patients with suicide attempts from the model of comprehensive care. Finally, a Model of integral care for patients with suicide attempt was developed from a dynamic-interactive ontology and a human contextual epistemology with a plural nomothetic qualitative methodology, under an evidence-based practices approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Referencia \u2013 Reference:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Becerra, A.
